Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients:
Minced or sliced meat, 500 g
Onion, 1
Garlic, 2 cloves
Come on, feel free
Pepper, to taste
Eggs, 2
Bread crumbs, 1 cup
Milk, 1/4 cup
Ground cumin, 2 teaspoons
Paprika, 2 teaspoons
Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
Onion powder, 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease cake pan or pudding pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, chopped onion, chopped garlic, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add to the meat mixture.
- Add the bread crumbs and milk. Mix again until well combined.
- Pour the meat mixture into the pan.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the meat pie is golden brown and well cooked in the center.
- To check the cooking, do the test of the stick as in a cake: if it comes out dry is ready.
- Once the meat pie is ready, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting so it cools down and does not break.
