Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 large Bananas
Eggs2
Vanilla essence (a teaspoon)
Cinnamon powder (one teaspoon)
1 1⁄2 of flour
Instructions:
For this preparation, start by mashing the bananas in a bowl, you can do it with a fork.
When finished, add the eggs, vanilla and cinnamon essence (to your taste), flour and then stir until you have a compact mixture. At this point, if you wish, you can put a jet of water with gas.
Now heat a non-stick pan, and add ghee butter (they are even richer).
Then, with a ladle, coat the pan with the mixture.
When the dough starts to bubble, check by lifting the pancake with the spatula.
If it is golden, change it to the side until it takes the same color and you’re done.
